Fiddle:

Warm-up
Started off a little "shaky"; practiced scales for about 10 minutes.

Moving on to Eighth of Jan.
While there, "remembered" that what I'm going for with the right hand is kinda like holding an egg in my palm (like palming it), not with my fingers but with the interior of my palm. Doing so seems to create a nice framework, but am somewhat concerned it's building up to much stress in the palm.

Also, it seems if I drop my wrist/elbow down a hair it brings the hairs of the bow perpendicular to the strings better...or maybe i'm just imagining it...

Fiddle

Bow hand: For the index, middle and ring finger, it seems that actually putting a little bit of a pressurized grip,i. e. pulling the fingers in, does a lot for improving the quality of the hold. Of course, this is what they've been saying all along in terms of getting the first knuckle to be the contact point with the wrap etc. but so it goes....

Left hand: Trying to figure out the relationship between intonation and correct finger spacing, seems like the "answer" is that if you can imagine a fret worth of metal between the fingers, you'll be right on...surprise surprise.
